This classic, old row house was in terrible shape, having been converted to an SRO and neglected. We restored the old woodwork throughout and exterior brownstone during the full renovation. We packed out the envelope with insulation and air sealing, installed triple-glazed windows, and put in high-efficiency HVAC with energy recovery ventilation (ERVs) for passive-house performance.
